What is SolClub?

SolClub is Solcasino's loyalty program.

Through SolClub, customers can access levels, benefits, promotions and advantages based on their activity on the platform.

To participate, it is necessary to have a registered and verified account and comply with the conditions of the program.

What levels does SolClub have?

SolClub has the following levels:

• Beginner.

• Bronze.

• Silver.

• Gold.

• Platinum.

• Diamond.

• Legend.

The points needed to reach each level can be consulted in the corresponding section of SolClub.

What are Points and Coins?

Points determine your level within SolClub. The more Points you accumulate, the higher your level can be and the better the associated benefits can be.

Coins are an internal SolClub promotional item. You can use them in the SolClub Store to redeem available promotions, such as bonuses, free spins, golden tokens, freebets or other benefits.

Coins have no economic value outside Solcasino and cannot be withdrawn as real money.

How do I get Points and Coins?

You can earn Points and Coins through your real balance activity on the platform.

In general, for every £20 wagered with real balance, you will get 1 Point and the equivalent in Coins, applying the corresponding calculation percentage according to the type of game:

• Slots, casino games and video-bingo: compute at 100%.

• Live: computes at 25%.

• Sports betting: computed at 100%, provided that the bet has a minimum odds of 1.5.

• Jackpot slot machines and games without bonus: compute at 0 %.

Bets placed with bonus balance or promotional balance do not generate Points or Coins.

Can I downgrade my level in SolClub?

Yes, your level can go up or down depending on the Points available at any given time.

Points are subject to a progressive reduction of 1% every 7 calendar days, calculated on the total accumulated Points.

In no case can the Points balance be reduced below 30 Points.

What benefits do I receive when I level up?

Each level may give you access to specific benefits, promotions or advantages.

In addition, each time you level up you will receive a prize package with three options, from which you can choose a single prize.

This package is awarded only once for each level reached. If you go down a level and later reach it again, you will not receive the prize package for that level again.

What is the SolClub Shop?

The SolClub Store is the place where you can use your Coins to redeem available promotions.

In the Store you can find promotional benefits such as bonuses, free spins, golden tokens, freebets or other advantages, according to availability.

How do I redeem my Coins?

To redeem Coins, access the SolClub Store and select the available promotion you wish to obtain.

Redemption is subject to availability and may depend on your level, activity, account verification or other requirements stated in the promotion.

You will not be able to redeem certain promotions if you have pending withdrawals or if you do not meet the applicable conditions.

Do Store promotions expire?

Yes, promotions redeemed in the Store have a limited period of validity.

The expiration period will be as indicated on each promotion. If no specific time limit is indicated, bonuses, free spins and golden tokens will expire 7 calendar days after their allocation.

Can Coins be withdrawn as real money?

No. Coins have no economic or monetary value outside of Solcasino.

They cannot be redeemed for real money, withdrawn, transferred to other customers, sold or exchanged.

They can only be used to redeem promotions within the SolClub Store.
