You can also send us an email at any time or contact us by chat from the web.

What information do I need to provide when I contact Customer Care?

In order for us to help you faster, we recommend that you provide as much information as possible about your inquiry.

For example: the reason for contact, date and approximate time of the incident, deposit or withdrawal method if applicable, game or bet affected, amount and screenshots if you have them.

Never share passwords, full security codes or sensitive data that is not necessary to review your case.

What accessibility options can I use?
