You can also use filters by date or type of operation to find the information you need more easily.

Where can I view my sports bets?
You can view your sports bets from the "Sports bets" section, by accessing the "My bets" section.My bets".
From there you can consult your open bets, completed bets and the status of each one.
How can I download my annual statement for the tax authorities?
You can download your annual summary from your account.
Log in to your customer profile and go to History and transactions. From this section you will be able to consult and download the information available on your gaming activity for the period you need.
What do I do if I need my annual statement and I can't access my account?
If you need your annual statement and you cannot access your account, please contact Customer Service.
For security reasons, we will need to verify that you are the account holder before providing you with documentation.
