How can I deposit funds to my account?

To deposit funds to your Solcasino account, log in to your account and go to your profile. From there, select the "Deposit" option and choose the deposit method you want to use.

Before confirming the deposit, check that the deposit method selected is in your name and that the amount complies with the minimum and maximum limits allowed.

What deposit methods are available to me?

You can make deposits at Solcasino using the following deposit methods:

  • Visa or Mastercard: minimum £10 and maximum £600.

  • Bizum: minimum £10 and maximum £600.

  • PayPal: minimum €10 and maximum €600.

  • Google Pay: minimum €10 and maximum €600.

  • Apple Pay: minimum €10 and maximum €600.

  • Paysafecard: minimum €10 and maximum €600.

  • Neteller: minimum €10 and maximum €600.

  • Skrill: minimum £10 and maximum £600.

  • Skrill Fast Transfer: minimum €10 and maximum €600.

  • Bank Wire Transfer: minimum £10 and maximum £600.

The available deposit methods may vary depending on your account, the device from which you access or the conditions applicable at any given time.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount at Solcasino is £10 for all available deposit methods.

Before confirming the transaction, you will be able to see the minimum and maximum amount allowed for the selected deposit method.

Can I deposit with a deposit method that is not in my name?

No. Deposits must always be made with deposit methods that are in the name of the Solcasino account holder.

For security, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance reasons, the use of cards, bank accounts, e-wallets or other third party deposit methods is not permitted.

If the use of a deposit method that does not belong to the account holder is detected, Solcasino may request additional documentation, reject the transaction or apply the corresponding measures according to the gaming contract.

Are there deposit limits?

Yes, according to the current regulations, the following deposit limits apply at the time of account opening:

  • Daily limit: 600 €.

  • Weekly limit: €1,500.

  • Monthly limit: €3,000.

You can check your limits from your personal area. You can also request their modification, always in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements established by the applicable regulations.

In addition, each deposit method has specific minimum and maximum amounts. These limits will be displayed before confirming the deposit.

Do deposits have a commission?

No. Solcasino does not charge any fees for deposits.

However, your bank, deposit method provider or e-wallet provider may apply their own conditions. We recommend that you check directly with your provider if you have any doubts.

What do I need to be able to withdraw?

In order to withdraw funds at Solcasino, your account and all your deposit methods must be verified.

The payment method must be in your name and match the Solcasino account holder's details. You are not allowed to withdraw funds using third party payment methods.

In addition, in some cases we may request additional documentation to verify the ownership of the payment method and to ensure the security of the transaction.

How do I request a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal, log in to your Solcasino account and go to your profile. From there, select the "Withdraw" option and choose the available withdrawal method.

Before confirming the request, check that the selected method is verified and that the amount complies with the minimum and maximum limits allowed.

Only one withdrawal can be pending at a time. As long as you have a pending withdrawal status, you will not be able to request a new withdrawal. If you want to change the amount or withdrawal method, you must first cancel the pending withdrawal and request a new one.

What withdrawal methods are available and what are the limits?

You can withdraw funds by bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill or PayPal, depending on the deposit method you have previously used.

The minimum withdrawal amount is £10.

The maximum amount is £5,000 per transaction, except in the case of bank transfer, where the maximum is £10,000 per transaction.

To withdraw by a payment method, you will normally need to have made a deposit with the same method beforehand. In the case of bank transfer, you will be able to use it if you have previously deposited by Visa, Mastercard, Bizum or Paysafecard.

For security, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance reasons, withdrawals can only be made to valid, verifiable payment methods associated with the account holder.

In the case of neobanks, withdrawals can only be made by bank transfer, provided that the customer provides a valid bank ownership certificate and the account can be properly verified.

Withdrawals to cards issued by neobanks or prepaid cards are not allowed.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal from your Solcasino account as long as it is still pending review.

To do so, go to the withdrawals section of your profile. If the withdrawal can still be cancelled, you will see the "Cancel withdrawal" option .

If you have a pending withdrawal and want to request another one, you must first cancel the pending withdrawal. You can then create a new request with the appropriate amount or method.

If the cancel option does not appear, it means that the withdrawal is already in process. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the funds.

Why can my withdrawal be delayed or rejected?

A withdrawal may be delayed or rejected if the account is not verified, if the payment method has not been validated, if the method is not in the account holder's name, or if documentation is missing.

It may also be delayed if there are additional security reviews, if there are restrictions on the account, or if the request is made on eves, holidays or outside of business days.

In addition, if you have a pending withdrawal, you will not be able to request a new withdrawal until the pending withdrawal is processed or cancelled.

Why do I have to verify all my deposit methods to withdraw?

For security and regulatory compliance, before approving a withdrawal we may need to verify your identity and confirm that the deposit method or bank account used is in your name.

This verification helps us protect your account, prevent fraud and ensure that funds are sent only to the rightful owner of the gaming account. In some cases, we may request additional or updated documentation, such as an identity document, a selfie, a video selfie, a bank certificate or any additional documentation.

While we review the documentation, the amount requested for withdrawal will be blocked and cannot be used to play. Once the necessary verifications have been completed and approved, we will process the withdrawal according to the established deadlines.

What documentation do I need to verify?

The documentation required depends on the payment method you wish to verify.

For PayPal, Neteller, Skrill or Paysafecard, you will need to provide an uncropped screenshot of your profile showing your personal details. The corresponding merchant ID or customer ID may also be requested.

In the case of Skrill and Neteller, the email address must match the one registered in your Solcasino account.

To verify a card, you must provide an image where the first 6 digits, the last 4 digits, the full name and the expiration date are visible. The rest of the data must be hidden for security reasons.

If it is a virtual card, it will be necessary to provide a screenshot with these data and a certificate of ownership of the card.

To withdraw by bank transfer, you will need to provide a bank ownership certificate in PDF format. This also applies if you want to withdraw to a neobank account by bank transfer.

Solcasino processes withdrawals within 24 working hours, provided all requirements are met and the necessary documentation is validated.

Once approved, the time to receive the funds depends on the withdrawal method:

  • Wire transfer: between 24 and 48 business hours after approval.

  • Card: 24 to 72 business hours after approval.

  • Virtual wallets: up to 24 business hours after approval.

These times may be extended if additional documentation needs to be reviewed, payment method verified or security checks are required.

Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times may be affected during holidays, public holidays or non-business periods.
