Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit you can make at Solcasino is 10 euros.
To make your first deposits you can use different payment methods, such as debit or credit card, bank transfer, Bizum, Paysafecard, Skrill, Paypal and Neteller.
It is not permitted to use deposit/withdrawal methods that are not in the name of the Solcasino account holder. When requesting a withdrawal, we will check for compliance with the terms of the gaming contract. Using third party documents may result in permanent closure of your account. Please use only payment methods where you are the account holder.
In order to withdraw money at Solcasino you will first need to verify your identity and your payment method. Once the verification is done, you will be able to request your withdrawal through your payment method used. Remember that the minimum withdrawal amount is €10 and the maximum is €5,000 per transaction, except for bank transfer, which is €10,000.
Withdrawals are processed from Monday to Friday. Please consult us for possible changes during holidays and public holidays.
Solcasino does not charge any fees for withdrawals.
Solcasino processes withdrawals within 24 business hours if requirements are met, but times will vary depending on the payment method:
Wire transfer: 24-48 business hours after approval.
Card: 24-72 business hours after approval.
Virtual wallets: up to 24 business hours after approval.
These timeframes do not include possible required document verifications, which could delay the withdrawal. We appreciate your understanding, as these processes ensure the security and legality of transactions.
If you wish to cancel your withdrawal, you can do so from your Solcasino account by logging into your profile by clicking on your username. If you have a withdrawal pending review, in the "Deposits" or "Withdrawals" sections, you will see the "Cancel Withdrawal" option. If the withdrawal you wish to cancel does not appear, it is already in process. Once you receive the funds, you can deposit them back into your wallet using any available payment method.
You can withdraw through bank transfer, card, Skrill, Neteller or Paypal, depending on the deposit method previously used. Please note that you can only withdraw funds to entities based in Spain, we do not allow withdrawals to Neobancos or prepaid cards. In order to withdraw through any method it is a prerequisite that you have previously made a deposit through this same means except for bank transfers. In order to withdraw through bank transfer, you must have made a previous deposit through: Credit/Credit Card, Bizum or Paysafecard.
To verify your Paypal, Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard account you will need to provide a screenshot of your profile without cropping where all your personal data is shown. In addition, you will need to provide your merchant ID to finalize the verification of your Paypal account and customer ID in the rest of the above mentioned methods.
In the case of Skrill and Neteller, the email address must match the one registered in Solcasino. To verify your card you must provide a picture of your card where the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits, full name and expiration date are visible. The rest of the data must be hidden for your security. In case of a virtual card, you will need a screenshot with the above data and a certificate of card ownership. And finally if you want to add your bank details to withdraw by bank transfer you must provide a certificate of bank ownership in PDF format.
