The Operator holds, among others, the following general and singular licenses granted by the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego ("DGOJ"), under which it operates black jack games in accordance with Order EHA/3088/2011, of November 8, which approves the basic regulation of the Black Jack game, and by which both these particular rules and the specific rules of each game are governed:

2. Definition of the game of black jack

A game of chance played with playing cards, in which the participants play against the organizing establishment, the object of the game being to reach twenty-one points or to get close to them without exceeding that limit.

3. Channels and means of participation

Participation in black jack games shall be carried out through electronic, computerized, telematic and interactive channels.

4. Development, determination and assignment of prizes

In the Black Jack game, the session will begin with the random shuffling of the cards and their placement in the dealer, with each hand of cards beginning with the period available to the Participants to place their bets.
The Operator may include in the specific rules of each game the possibility that at its gaming tables several participants bet simultaneously and, in these cases, all the bets made by the Participants will be individual and against the dealer, not allowing joint or pooled bets of participants against the operator, nor crossed bets between all or some of the participants. The dealer's hand will be made according to the specific rules of each game, while the hand of the Participants will be made according to their own initiative. 5. Payment of prizes

The Operator is obliged to pay the prizes obtained in the game from the end of each hand of black jack that originated them and will proceed to pay the prizes to the crediting participants under the terms and conditions set forth in the specific rules of each game, making the payment of the prizes in accordance with the provisions of the same or, where appropriate, in the Game Contract, through the means of payment provided in the "Means of Payment" Section of the Site which, in no case, will involve additional cost or obligation for the winning Participant.
The right to collect prizes shall expire within three (3) months from the day following the end of the game in which the prizes originated.

6. Suspension, cancellation or postponement of sessions or games

The Operator guarantees the right to the prizes that may have been obtained by the Participants in a game prior to the eventual suspension or cancellation thereof. Likewise, in the event that a Participant is disconnected during the course of a hand, the Operator guarantees that, if the Participant has already played his part of the hand, the dealer's hand will automatically be played and that, if the Participant's hand is a winner, the amount of his prize will be paid to him.
The full amount corresponding to the participation in a session or hand of the game that, once formalized, is cancelled by the Operator, will be returned or made available to the participants in the manner established in the specific rules of each game and in the Game Contract, without any additional cost or obligation for the participant.

7. Information on Safe Gaming

8. Complaints

The Operator has a System for Attention and Resolution of possible complaints and claims in relation to the Gaming Services offered by the Operator on the Site. In the "Complaints" section of the Site, accessible by the Participants at any time, the procedures and means for the submission of complaints and claims are established. The Participant may submit a complaint by sending an e-mail or a postal communication to the Operator's contact addresses listed on the Site. The maximum period for the submission of a complaint is three (3) months from the date of the event, game session, game or event that gave rise to the complaint. The Operator shall respond to the claim within one (1) month after it is received. Once the claim is received by the Operator, the Operator shall issue a communication to the Participant acknowledging receipt of the claim and informing of the maximum term for resolution. From the date of receipt of the claim by the Operator until the date on which the resolution is communicated to the Participant, the prize forfeiture term shall be interrupted. Once the claim has been resolved by the Operator or one (1) month has elapsed since the submission of the claim without the Operator having communicated its decision, the Participant may file a claim with the DGOJ, which shall resolve it within two (2) months from the date of entry of the claim in its register and/or resort to an alternative (extrajudicial) procedure for resolving consumer disputes (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), so that an entity accredited for this purpose may resolve the contractual dispute between the Participant and the Operator.

9. Particular rules of each specific black jack game

Without prejudice to the provisions of these particular rules of the black jack games and the Gaming Contract, the specific rules of each game (accessible through the "Black Jack" section of www.solcasino.es) will regulate the development and the specific conditions of each game including, among other issues:

The limits to the participation in the black jack game (amount of the minimum participation unit).
Information on the prizes obtained by the participant, on the amount played, as well as the balance of his/her game account, in the cases in which the participation is made through user registration.

2. Definition of the game of roulette

A game of chance in which the participants play against the organizing establishment and in which the possibility of winning depends on the coincidence of the participant's bet with the number, color or location of the square in which the representation of a ball that is set in motion within the representation of a horizontal rotating disk supported by an axis and divided into numbered radial squares stops.

4. Development, determination and allocation of prizes

The roulette game begins at the moment when the period for the Participants to place their bets is opened, the Operator fixing the assignment of the prize coefficient according to the probability of the bets to be winners, determined in each specific game and being available to the participants at all times. The Operator may include in the specific rules of each game the possibility for several participants to place their bets simultaneously, guaranteeing in such case that such bets are counterpart and placed individually against the bank. In this sense, joint, pooled or crossed bets will not be admitted. Information on the prizes that the participant has obtained, on the amount that has played, as well as the balance of its game account, in the suppositions in which the participation is carried out through a user account.

2. Definition of the game of chance machines

A game in which, in exchange for the price of the game, the Participant is granted a time of use with the objective of obtaining a combination of signs or graphic representations which, in accordance with the particular rules of the game, is awarded a certain prize. A game whose essential elements are typical of other games already regulated shall not be considered as a game of chance machines.

The participation in the games of chance machines shall be carried out through electronic, computerized, telematic and interactive channels.

4. Development, determination and allocation of prizes

The Participant, before starting the session destined to the game of chance machines, will carry out the configuration of the session destined to the game of chance machines, in which:

shall establish the maximum time he/she is willing to spend and the maximum amount by which he/she is willing to reduce his/her gaming account during the session,
may temporarily restrict your access to a future session in the event that the current session is automatically terminated as a consequence of the exhaustion of any of the limits established above; and
