Bonuses and promotions

What are bonuses and promotions?

Bonuses and promotions are promotional benefits that Solcasino may offer to its customers, such as bonus balance, free spins, free bets, winnings increases or other special promotions.

Each promotion has its own conditions, usage requirements, validity period and valid games or bets. Therefore, before activating or using a promotion, we recommend that you always check its terms and conditions.

How can I participate in a promotion?

You can check the available promotions in the section "Promotions"section of the website.

To participate, you must comply with the specific conditions of the promotion. In some cases, it will be necessary to activate the promotion or select the corresponding bonus when making a deposit.

You can also receive promotions via email or other communication channels, provided you have activated your contact preferences.

What is the real balance and what is the bonus balance?

The real balance is the money available in your account that comes from real money deposits or winnings.

Bonus balance is promotional balance associated with a promotion. In order to convert it into a real balance and withdraw it, you must meet the requirements set forth in the terms and conditions of the promotion.

When you have both real balance and bonus balance, the real balance will be used first. Once depleted, the bonus balance will be used, as long as it can be applied to the corresponding game or bet.

What is the rollover of a bonus?

The rollover is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount in order to release it and convert it into a real balance.

For example, if you receive a €20 bonus with a rollover of x30, you will have to wager a total of €600 to complete the requirement. This does not mean that you will receive €600 in prizes, but that all your bets must add up to that amount to release the bonus.

Each bonus may have different requirements, so it is important to check the terms and conditions of each promotion.

Where can I see the progress of my bonus?

You can check the progress of your bonuses from the "Promotions" section of your profile. There you will be able to see your active promotions, the status of each bonus and the progress made to fulfill its requirements.

In the active bonuses section you will be able to see the percentage of bonus played and the status of the promotion.

What happens if I request a withdrawal with an active bonus?

If you request a withdrawal, any active promotions and bonuses you have in your account will be cancelled.

This applies even if you have not yet completed the rollover or promotion requirements. Before requesting a withdrawal, we recommend that you check if you have any active bonuses and check their conditions.

Can I use the casino bonus on slots?

Yes, the casino bonus can be used on casino games or slots, as long as the game is included within the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Please note that some games may be excluded or contribute differently to the fulfillment of the rollover. You can review this information in the terms and conditions of each promotion.

Can I use bonuses or free bets on virtual bets?

Free bets cannot be used on virtual bets.

The bonuses linked to casino and slots can be used on the games indicated in the terms and conditions of the promotion, including virtual bets when specified.

What are free bets or freebets?

Freebets are free bets for sports bets.

They must be used according to the conditions of the promotion. They may have restrictions on odds, type of bet, time limit, valid events or maximum amount.

The amount of a freebet is not part of the actual balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. In case of a win, the conditions indicated in the promotion apply.

Where can I find my free bets or freebets?

You can see your available freebets in the betting coupon.

When you have an active freebet and it meets the conditions of use, the option to use it will appear before confirming the bet.

What are free spins?

Free spins are spins that you can use on a selection of slots.

Winnings from free spins may be credited as a bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements or promotional conditions.

Why are there games where I can't use my bonus or free spins?

Some games do not allow the use of bonuses, free spins or promotional balance. There may also be games that do not contribute to the rollover or contribute a different percentage.

The list of excluded or restricted games may vary depending on the promotion. Always check the terms and conditions of the promotion to confirm where you can use the bonus.

Where can I see the terms and conditions of a promotion?

The terms and conditions are available within each promotion, in the "Terms and Conditions" section.

If you have received the promotion by email, you can also view them from the link included in the communication.

Deposit bonuses must be selected during the deposit process. You can view the available deposit bonuses in the bonus selection.

In general, all promotions must be activated from the corresponding promotion section within the Promotions section of the customer profile.

Can I have more than one active casino bonus at a time?

No. A customer cannot have more than one active casino bonus at the same time.

If you already have an active casino bonus, you will not be able to activate another one until the current bonus has been completed, cancelled or terminated according to the applicable conditions.

There may be several reasons why a bonus does not appear in your account.

First check that the promotion is still active, that you met all the requirements to receive it and that you have correctly selected the bonus when making the deposit, where necessary.

In addition, in accordance with Spanish Safer Gaming Environment regulations, the availability of bonuses and promotions may be subject to eligibility criteria linked to safer gaming. For this reason, you may not be able to view, activate or receive certain bonuses or promotions if any of these circumstances apply:

• You have changed your deposit limits within the last 30 days.

• You have requested a withdrawal or have a withdrawal pending processing.

• Your account has been identified, according to safer gaming criteria, as a customer with intensive or risky gaming behavior.

Please note that you can only have one active bonus at a time. If you already have an active bonus, you may not be able to activate another one until the current bonus is completed, cancelled or terminated.

In the case of wire transfer deposits, bonuses are not automatically allocated. Solcasino must first check that the deposit meets the conditions of the promotion. Once the review is done, the corresponding bonus will be allocated if applicable.

If after reviewing these points you still do not see your bonus, please contact Customer Service so that we can review your case.
