What are bonuses and promotions?
Bonuses and promotions are promotional benefits that Solcasino may offer to its customers, such as bonus balance, free spins, free bets, winnings increases or other special promotions.
Each promotion has its own conditions, usage requirements, validity period and valid games or bets. Therefore, before activating or using a promotion, we recommend that you always check its terms and conditions.
How can I participate in a promotion?
You can check the available promotions in the section "Promotions"section of the website.
To participate, you must comply with the specific conditions of the promotion. In some cases, it will be necessary to activate the promotion or select the corresponding bonus when making a deposit.
You can also receive promotions via email or other communication channels, provided you have activated your contact preferences.
What is the real balance and what is the bonus balance?
The real balance is the money available in your account that comes from real money deposits or winnings.
Bonus balance is promotional balance associated with a promotion. In order to convert it into a real balance and withdraw it, you must meet the requirements set forth in the terms and conditions of the promotion.
When you have both real balance and bonus balance, the real balance will be used first. Once depleted, the bonus balance will be used, as long as it can be applied to the corresponding game or bet.
What is the rollover of a bonus?
The rollover is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount in order to release it and convert it into a real balance.

What happens if I request a withdrawal with an active bonus?
If you request a withdrawal, any active promotions and bonuses you have in your account will be cancelled.
This applies even if you have not yet completed the rollover or promotion requirements. Before requesting a withdrawal, we recommend that you check if you have any active bonuses and check their conditions.
What are winnings boosts?
Winnings boosts are promotions that increase part of the winnings obtained in certain games or bets, according to the conditions of the promotion.

What are free bets or freebets?
Freebets are free bets for sports bets.

Can I have more than one active casino bonus at a time?
No. A customer cannot have more than one active casino bonus at the same time.
If you already have an active casino bonus, you will not be able to activate another one until the current bonus has been completed, cancelled or terminated according to the applicable conditions.
There may be several reasons why a bonus does not appear in your account.
First check that the promotion is still active, that you met all the requirements to receive it and that you have correctly selected the bonus when making the deposit, where necessary.

In the case of wire transfer deposits, bonuses are not automatically allocated. Solcasino must first check that the deposit meets the conditions of the promotion. Once the review is done, the corresponding bonus will be allocated if applicable.
