If an event is not held as scheduled or ends without an official result and is not resumed within 24 hours, bets will be returned to the user's account, recovering the amount wagered. In combined or system bets, if an event is cancelled, the odds of that event will be assigned as 1.00 when calculating the final result.

It is a bet that combines several single selections in a single bet. The final odds are the result of multiplying the odds of the individual selections. To win, you must match all selections. If a selection is void, it will be considered as a 1.00 odds instead of its original odds.

The resolution of a bet is immediate. If after some time, it does not appear on your balance, please contact Customer Service to review your specific case.
