LEVELS (LOYALTY PROGRAM - SolClub)

1. Scope of Application

The Levels Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is part of the SolClub loyalty system and allows users to access different benefits based on their level of activity on the platform.

Participation in the Program is limited to duly registered and verified users who meet the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions.

2. Level Structure

The Program consists of the following levels:

• Standard

• Bronze

• Silver

• Gold

• Platinum

• Diamond

• Legend

The point requirements needed to reach each level can be consulted on the corresponding page of SolClub.

3. Earning Points and Coins

Users may obtain level points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") and Coins (hereinafter referred to as "Coins") through their activity on the platform.

In general, for every twenty Euros (€20) wagered with a real balance, the user will obtain one (1) Point and the equivalent in Coins, applying the following computation percentages according to the type of game:

• Slots, casino games and video-bingo: 100% of the amount wagered.

• Live: 25% of the amount wagered.

• Sports betting: 100% of the amount wagered (only bets with a minimum odds of 1.5 will be taken into account).

• Jackpot slot machines and games without bonus (see list in general terms and conditions of the promotions): 0% of the amount wagered.

For calculation purposes, only bets placed with real balance will be taken into account, excluding those placed with bonus or promotional balance.

The operator may establish additional mechanisms for obtaining Points and Coins, which will be informed at all times on the platform.

4. Progression and maintenance of the level

The user's level will be determined according to the Points accumulated at any given time, in accordance with his activity on the platform.

Points will be subject to a progressive adjustment mechanism. Specifically, a reduction of one percent (1%) will be applied every seven (7) calendar days, computed from the date of registration of the user, on the total accumulated Points. In no case may the Points balance be reduced below thirty (30) points.

The Coins accumulated by the user shall not be subject to expiration or periodic reduction.

In the case of sports bets, only those bets that meet a minimum odds of one point five (1.5) will be taken into account for the purpose of accumulating Points, unless a different requirement is established in the specific applicable conditions.

The user's level will be dynamically adjusted according to the Points available at any given time, which may imply both increases and decreases in level and the corresponding modification of the associated benefits.

Likewise, for the purpose of calculating Points, only bets placed as of April 27, 2026 will be considered, expressly excluding all bets placed prior to said date.

5. Benefits

Each level grants access to certain benefits, promotions or advantages, which may vary depending on the level reached.

Additionally, at each level upgrade, a prize package will be granted that will include three (3) options, from which the client will be able to choose a single prize.

This prize package will be granted only once per level reached. In the event that the client descends in level and subsequently reaches it again, he/she will not be entitled to receive this package again, being granted only on the first occasion in which the corresponding level is reached.

The characteristics and conditions of these benefits may be consulted in the corresponding section of SolClub and may be modified at any time by the operator, if it is understood that they are being misused; in order to correct typographical errors; to improve the clarity of their conditions; to facilitate the user's understanding of them; or to improve the user's experience.

The access by the user to the benefits, promotions or advantages will presume the knowledge and the express acceptance of the characteristics and conditions of the same.

6. Additional Terms and Conditions

The operator reserves the right to modify the tier structure, access requirements, associated benefits or any other aspect of the Program at any time to improve the user experience, without prejudice to the rights already acquired by the user during the current period.

Likewise, the operator may adjust, reassign or modify the level of a user when deemed necessary, based on his/her activity, gaming behavior or any other criteria deemed relevant for the correct management of the Program.

Likewise, the operator may restrict, suspend or exclude any user from the Program in case of detecting signs of fraudulent, abusive or contrary to these terms and conditions use.

7. Incidents and acceptance

Any incident related to the Program must be reported to the customer service department, being reviewed within a reasonable period of time from its notification.

Participation in the Program implies the express acceptance of these conditions, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of the platform.

Store (SolClub)

1. Scope of application

SolClub: Shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop") allows users to acquire various promotional benefits, such as bonuses, free spins, golden tokens or other advantages, through the use of Coins obtained through activity on the platform.

Participation in the Shop shall be limited to duly registered and verified users, who comply with the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions and in the applicable regulations.
