Version date: 08/01/2025This contract (hereinafter, the "Contract") is entered into between:ESTRELLA SOL INTERACTIVE, S.A., a company of Spanish nationality registered in the Mercantile Registry of Melilla, with CIF number A56296510 and registered office in Melilla, Avenida Juan Carlos I Rey, number 28, 2nd floor, door 2, authorized by the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (hereinafter, theDGOJ) for the development and exploitation of gaming activities in Spain and which operates the website www.solcasino.es, hereinafter referred to as the Operator); and the "Participant", of legal age, with full capacity to act and not subject to any of the subjective prohibitions set forth in the regulations governing gaming activities, that is, Law 13/2011, of May 27th, on the regulation of gaming and its implementing regulations, being applicable and governed by the following

CLAUSES

1. 1. Object

The purpose of the Contractis to regulate the legal relationship between the Participantand the Operatorwithin the framework of the development and exploitation of gaming activities by the latter, as well as the processes of user registration and creation of the corresponding gaming account.

1. 2. Nature of the Contract

2.1TheContract hasthe nature of adhesion Contracts and shall be formalized by the express acceptance by the Participantof its Clauses during the registration process.2.2Theexpress acceptance of the Contractby the Participantmay be manifested by any means valid in law and the proof of such acceptance and its conservation shall in any case correspond to the Operator.2.3 Thecreation of a gaming account, as well as the participation in any of the gaming activities of the Operator's offer, requires the express acceptance of the terms of the Contract.2.4Theparticular rules of all the games offered by the Operator publishedon the website it operatesarean integral part of this Contract, i.e. www.solcasino.es.2.5Laacceptance of the Contract andthe creation of a game account does not give the Participantan unconditional or unlimited right to participate in the games offered by the Operator, but on the contrary, limited to the fulfillment of the Contractand conditioned to the will of the Operatorregarding the subjective scope of its game offer published by the Operator.

1. 3. Effectiveness and Duration

TheContract shall enter into force immediately after the Participantcompletes the process of activation of his/her gaming account, following the instructions that he/she will receive from the Operatorthrough the website itself or by other means, once his/her personal data have been verified and in accordance with the provisions of article 35.1 of Royal Decree 1614/2011.The Contract will have a duration of one month from the day of its entry into force and will be automatically renewed for periods of the same duration unless either party communicates to the other in writing, via email or any other means that allows for proof of sending and at least five (5) days prior to the date on which the Contract is to be renewed, its desire not to proceed with such renewal.The gaming contract and user registration is unique for all the websites of theOperator.

1. 4. Rights and obligations of the Participant

4.1Onlynatural persons residing in Spain, of legal age, with capacity to act and who are not prohibited from access to gambling activities, whether for objective or subjective reasons or because of the territory in which they are located, may acquire the status of Participant, accept the Contractand be part of the legal relationship that arises from it.4.2TheParticipanthasthe following obligations:

1. a)

   to act exclusively on its own account and in its own right;

2. b)

   identify itself to the

   Operator

   always and in all cases providing true and truthful data under the terms established by regulation and complying with the requirements established by the

   Operator

   . The

   Participant

   shall actively collaborate in the documentary and reinforced verification procedures carried out by the Operator.

   Operator

   . The omission, unjustified delay or non-compliance by the

   Participant

   of the instructions given by the

   Operator

   provided by the Operator in the identity verification procedures, which, among others, could consist of the provision of proof of life, telephone calls, video calls, proof of ownership of means of payment or telephone lines, or any other requirement that is reasonable and proportionate for the verification of the identity of the Participant, or any other requirement that is reasonable and proportionate for the verification of the identity of the Participant.

   Participant

   will result in the termination of the Gaming Agreement. The maximum term to provide the means for the verification of identity or to answer the calls or requests of the Operator shall be the maximum term for the termination of the gaming contract.

   Operator

   shall be two weeks from the receipt of the first request or call; after this period has elapsed without the

   Participant

   has not complied with the request or answered the call, it shall be understood that there is identity fraud and the Contract shall be terminated without further action;

3. c)

   to comply with the norms and rules that, in relation to the participants, are established in the basic gaming regulations and in the regulations governing gaming activities in Spain;

4. d)

   d) to adopt behaviors based on honesty and respect towards the participants and towards the Operator.

5. e)

   refrain from any fraudulent activity or activity that involves, facilitates or allows collusion between participants, including significantly reducing the risk of betting or hedging (through own or third party bets) in order to comply with the conditions set for the release of the amounts allocated for bonuses or promotions offered by the

   Operator

   the benchmarking or the use of confidential or privileged information obtained irregularly or as a consequence of its condition of employee or any other kind of professional or service rendering relationship with other gaming operators, software or gaming system suppliers, certification entities, affiliation service providers or any other companies that had information related to the development of the games offered by the Operator.

   Operator

   or that could affect its development;

6. f)

   not to alter the normal development of the games, being expressly forbidden the participation using or with the support of robots or any other technological devices, algorithms or systems that provide or grant any kind of advantage or improvement, no matter how small, to the capacity of the Participant.

   Participant

   with respect to those participants who do not use such devices;

7. g)

   not to assign the user registration to third parties and not to facilitate the unauthorized use of the same or of the game account. It shall be presumed that there is a consented transfer of a user registration to a third party if it is established, through the technical means employed by the

   Operator

   the association of two or more gaming accounts on the same device;

8. h)

   to comply with the secure gaming measures adopted by the Operator.

   Operator

   in order to guarantee the security of the

   Participant

   and/or prevent a possible risky behavior that could arise from the Participant's gambling activity.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations will result in the cancellation of the Participant's activities related to or affected by such non-compliance, without prejudice to the Operator's right to claim for damages that the Participant's non-compliance may have generated.4.3TheParticipanthasthe following rights:

1. to obtain clear and truthful information about the rules of the game in which he/she wishes to participate;

2. to identify himself/herself in a secure manner by means of a reliable document;

3. to collect the prizes that may correspond to him/her in the time and manner established, in accordance with the specific rules of each game;

4. make a request to the

   DGOJ

   claims against the decisions of the

   Operator

   that affect its interests;

5. use the time of use corresponding to the price of the game in question;

6. play freely, without coercion or threats from the Operator.

   other players or any other third party;

7. to know at any time the amount he/she has played or wagered, as well as to know the balance of the Participant's gaming account.

8. receive information on responsible gambling practices;

9. to verify that their personal data are protected in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations;

10. to know at all times the identity of the

    Operator

    and to know, in the case of claims or possible infringements and at their request, the identification of the personnel interacting with the participants.

11. request to the

    its immediate self-exclusion from the website it operates, without prejudice to the possibility of requesting to the

    the registration in the General Registry of Gambling Access Interdictions, information about which is available at the following link:

12. 5. Obligations, responsibility and rights of the Operator

5.1TheOperator hasthe following obligations:

1. to keep the

   Contract

   for a period of six years from the cancellation of the user registration and to take all necessary measures for the protection of the Participant's data.

2. request the express consent of the

   Participant

   in the event of unilateral modification of the

   Contract

   or subjective novation of the

   Operator

   ;

3. to keep the analytical detail of the movements in relation to the Participant's gaming account.

   Participant

   and of the plays carried out during a period of six years;

4. to carry out, with the frequency established by the DGOJ

   DGOJ

   periodically verify the correct use of the gaming account, notifying the DGOJ of the correct use of the gaming account, notifying the DGOJ of the correct use of the gaming account.

   DGOJ

   and the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses of any possible violations or anomalies detected in its use at the moment it becomes aware of them;

5. to register immediately in the gaming account, by means of debits and credits, all the operations, including the complete identification elements of the same and, in particular, those relative to plays, winnings, refunds, income, refunds or bonuses received;

6. to make the payment of the prizes obtained by the participants by the procedure and means established on the website of the Operator.

   must, in any event, make available to the

   Participant

   the payment of the prizes by the same means that the Participant would have used for the payment of the participation in the game, unless the said means is only offered for the deposit of funds or an investigation has been initiated for possible fraud;

7. guarantee the veracity and the periodical contrast of the data appearing in its user records, under the terms established by the DGOJ.

8. control the subjective prohibitions of participation in the games referred to in letters a), b) and c) of the second number of article 6 of Law 13/2011, of 27 May, on the regulation of gambling;

9. not to carry out any act of disposal of the amounts deposited by the Participant.

10. suspend the user registration, immediately, in the event that the

    Participant

    has requested the

    Operator

    self-exclusion by using the mechanism provided for this purpose on the Operator's website.

11. verify in accordance with the procedures established for this purpose by the DGOJJ.

    that the participants who are holders of the registers or user accounts are not registered in the General Registry of Gambling Access Prohibitions. Likewise, the

    Operator

    shall adopt specific control measures with respect to those participants who have requested to be prohibited from playing a certain game;

12. bring to the attention of the

    DGOJ

    or any other body or authority that is legally or materially competent for these purposes, the identification data of those participants who could pose a risk of collusion or who have fraudulently used credit cards or any other means of payment in the gaming account, as well as those participants who have requested that they be prohibited from playing a certain game.

    Participants

    who have acted through the use or abuse of confidential or privileged information or who have taken part or placed bets in events in which indications of rigging or manipulation have been detected.

13. To carry out periodic checks for the detection of risky behavior in order to ensure the safety of the participants.

5.2 TheOperatormaysuspend as a precautionary measure a Participantwho, in its opinion, has engaged in abusive, collusive or fraudulent behavior, who has used privileged or confidential information of the Operatoror of third parties, who has engaged in identity fraud, even if this has been consented to, or who has allowed the use of his user registration by third parties, until the facts have been proven. Once the facts have been established, if the Operatorhas sufficient evidence to consider it proven that the Participanthas committed abuse, fraud, collusion, use of privileged or confidential information of the Operatoror of third parties, identity fraud or making his own account available to third parties, the Contractshall be unilaterally terminated and this fact shall be notified, together with the elements of judgment obtained, to the DGOJ, proceeding likewise to the cancellation of all the bets and participations affected by the Participant's behavior and, when possible, to the refund of the amounts that as a consequence of the cancellation would correspond, without prejudice to the compensation of the damages and prejudices that the Participant withhis behavior would have caused to the Operator.5.3TheOperatorshall notallow the participation of those participants who harm the correct development of the activities of its gaming offer.5.4TheOperator shall take all necessary measures to ensure the proper fulfillment of its regulatory obligations in relation to the correct identification of the participants and for the most effective protection of these, and may require the Participant, as many times as it deems necessary, to provide the identification documents and proof of identity verification that are reasonably adequate to confirm that the holder of the gaming account is the one making exclusive use of the same.5 .5 The Operator shallcancelany prize obtained as a result or consequence of a technical failure or malfunctioning of the technical gaming system. For these purposes, a technical failure is understood as the failure of a system or systems that causes an error in the execution of an operation, that causes the interruption of the normal execution of the operation or that does not allow the recovery of the results. Any incorrect data validation or any unforeseen programming error that generates results different from those expected or required shall be considered as a malfunction of the technical gaming system.

1. 6. Activation of user and game registration

6.1Toparticipate in the games theParticipant musthave accepted thisContractand be the holder of a user registration linked to it.6.2Foridentification theParticipant mustindicate at least the following data:

1. name and surname;

2. public document allowing identification (DNI, NIE or Passport);

3. date of birth;

4. sex;

5. locality and address of domicile;

6. postal code;

7. province and country of residence;

8. nationality;

9. frequently used e-mail address;

10. valid cell phone number;

11. Participant's tax residence code

    Participant

    in accordance with the provisions of form 763 for self-assessment of the Tax on Gambling Activities, approved in Order EHA/1881/2011, of July 5;

12. any other information that the current regulations may require for the correct activation of the gaming account.

6.3 Theopening of a user registration shall require that the Participantprovides the data referred to in the previous section and that the Operatorverifies the veracity of the same.The user registration of the participants may only be activated when the Operatorhas completed the verification procedure of the data provided by them and of the documents that may have been required. Until the documentation provided by the registered user has been verified and after the validation of his/her identity through the DGOJ's Identity Verification Service, theParticipantsmay only deposit up to a joint limit of 150 Euros or, if applicable, the amount established by regulation, and participate in the games, but may not withdraw the prizes, regardless of their amount or nature. Only the Participantscorrectly identified by means of documentary verification will be able to deposit, participate in the games and make withdrawals.the user registry of the participants not residing in Spain will not be able to be activated without the previous verification of the data provided by them. The documentary verification of the data provided by the non-resident participants in Spain will be carried out by the Operatorwithin a maximum period of one month from the activation of the user registration.6.4 TheParticipantdeclaresthat the information provided is true and complete and, at the same time, undertakes to update its identification data at the time through the functions available on the website of the Operator andfollowing the instructions provided if necessary. The Operator will cancelor suspend the Participant's user registration in those cases in which the use of false or incorrect data is detected.6.5Onceall required information has been entered, the Participantshall select a unique user identifier, in respect of which the Operatorreserves the right not to accept words or expressions which, in its opinion, are offensive, inappropriate or may affect the operation or security of the web site, and a password, the minimum length of which shall be 8 characters or digits and shall include such elements as the Operatormay determine from among the following groups: numbers, lower case letters, capital letters and other symbols.6.6Upon acceptance of the Contractby the Participant, the Operator shall send him/hera confirmation of the opening of the user registration by e-mail to the address provided by the Participant, as well as a copy of theContract which shall be deposited and made available in the Participant's personal area, also including its privacy policy.

1. 7. Operations in the user and game registration

7.1Theactivation of the user registration implies that the Participantcan make deposits and participate in the game, as well as withdraw funds from the game account without prejudice to the limitations or prohibitions established for the cases in which the documentary verification of the Participant's identity has not been carried out.7.2TheParticipantcanaccess his/her game registration only by accessing the Operator's website through his/her identification by means of his/her username and password. TheParticipantis responsible for the confidentiality of this information and is liable for all acts or operations carried out through the use of his or her username and password. TheParticipant mayat any time change the password through the procedure offered on the Operator's website. The system will block the user's registration if the password is entered incorrectly five consecutive times. The system records all access attempts of the Participant, the date of the attempt and the IP address from which it was made. In the event that the registration is blocked due to incorrect use of the password, the Participantmay request reactivation of the registration by contacting the Operator's Customer Service and following the instructions provided for this purpose.7.3 The Operatormayverify all transactions made by the Participantin order to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Transactions that are considered suspicious will be reported to the competent authorities.7.4Thegaming account, which is linked to the user registration, only allows theParticipant to perform the following actions:

1. Deposit of funds, which may be made using any of the means of payment admitted by the

   Operator

   which will appear on its website and within the limits established by article 36 of the Royal Decree that develops Law 13/2011, on the regulation of gambling, in relation to licenses, authorizations and registers of gambling;

2. Accreditation of the amounts corresponding to the prizes of the games and of the eventual reimbursements that could be made by the Operator.

3. Withdrawal of the funds credited in the gaming account, for which the

   Participant

   may use any of the means of payment admitted by the Operator for this purpose.

   shall be, at most, the equivalent of the sum of the amounts of winnings and deposits. The

   Operator

   shall execute the withdrawal orders during the 24 hours following the date on which the

   Participant

   and after such checks as may be necessary to ensure that the withdrawal of funds is in accordance with the applicable regulations, subject to the availability of banking and payment services. In some cases, and prior to the execution of the withdrawal order, the

   Operator

   may require the

   Participant

   additional or updated identification documentation, as well as copies of other documents or evidence such as

   selfies

   or other means that may be used to identify the Participant.

   Participant

   including facial recognition and biometric means, and which allow to prove the identity of the Participant.

   Participant

   and/or that he/she is the holder of the means of payment or bank account that he/she has indicated for a given payment to be made to him/her. In such cases, the time limit for the execution of withdrawal orders shall be suspended until such time as the

   Participant

   has submitted the required documentation or proofs and these have been validated.

7.5TheOperatoracceptsand assumes in its entirety, ensuring compliance with the regulations on economic limits for the deposits it may receive from the Participant, contained in article 36 of Royal Decree 1614/2011, of May 14, its complementary or development regulations, and any that may replace it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, within the framework of its Responsible Gaming Policy and in the exercise of its obligations to protect theParticipant, theOperator mayunilaterally reduce the economic limits established at the request of theParticipantand set them at those it considers appropriate for the purpose of ensuring moderate and non-compulsive gaming practices..6TheOperator, for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations regarding fraud control and protection of the participants, may request economic and credit information from theParticipant and/or carry out economic and credit checks on the basis of data provided by third parties. Likewise, the Operatormay request from the Participant allevidence reasonably necessary to ensure that the user registration and the game account are being used exclusively by the holder of the registration, as well as to determine the ownership of the means of payment used for the deposit and withdrawal of funds and, where appropriate, to verify the concurrence of authorization in the use of the same if deemed necessary.7.8Theuse of payment cards or bank accounts of third parties, whether natural or legal persons,isprohibited.The Operatorshall block those accounts that have made use of this type of accounts or cards and shall not allow balance withdrawals.

1. 8. Modifications to the Contract

The Operator mayamend the Agreementat any time, notify theParticipant of the new terms by e-mail or any other means or publish the amended agreement(s) on the relevant page of the Platforms or any other place where the Participant accesses the Services. If the Participant findsany modification unacceptable, the only action he/she may take is to terminate the contractual relationship. In any case, whenever the Operatormakes any modification to the Contract, the express approval of the Participantwill be required, otherwise the Participant will not be able to continue using the services governed by the Contract.

1. 9. Suspension of the User's registration and of the Gaming Contract.

9.1TheOperatormaysuspend the user registration when, in the exercise of its obligations to protect the participants, it considers that theParticipanthas incurred in risky conduct that, in accordance with its Responsible Gaming Policy or, if applicable, with the regulations in force, so warrants.9.2 TheOperatormaysuspend the Gaming Contract for the time necessary for the corresponding investigation when there are indications that the Participanthas incurred in abuse, fraud, collusion, use of privileged or confidential information of the Operatoror third parties, identity fraud or making his own account available to third parties, or when it believes that the Participant is making an inappropriate use of his gaming account or contrary to good faith.9.During the time when the user registration or the Game Agreement is subject to suspension, the Participantshall be restricted from accessing the Game Account.

1. 10. Termination and Termination of the Gaming Agreement.

10.1TheContract shall be terminated if either of the Parties has communicated to the other in writing, by e-mail or any other means that allows for proof of sending, and at least five (5) days prior to the end of the term of the Contract referred to in Clause 3 or any of its successive extensions, its will not to proceed with such extension.10.2TheOperatormayunilaterally terminate the Contract immediatelyand without prior notice:

1. in the event of a breach by the

   Participant

   of any of the terms and conditions of the

   Contract

   ;

2. in the event of non-express acceptance by the

   Participant

   of any modification proposed by the

   Operator

   at

   Contract

   ;

3. in the event that there is sufficient evidence to consider it proven that the Participant has

   Participant

   fraud, collusion, use of privileged or confidential information of the Operator.

   Operator

   or third parties, identity fraud or making his own account available to third parties;

4. in the event that four years have elapsed since the suspension referred to in Clause 9.1 or the funds of the Gaming Account have been exhausted in terms of Clause 13;

5. in the event that the

   Participant

   after the activation of the user registration, is registered in the General Registry of Gambling Access Interdictions or in the Registry of Persons Linked to the Operator.

6. for any other cause foreseen in this

   Contract

   and, in particular, when, in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy of the

   Operator's Responsible Gaming Policy

   . the cancellation of the gaming account has been agreed upon;

7. for the general causes set forth in the Law.

10.3TheParticipantmayterminate this Agreement andcancel his gaming account (including his name and password) at any time by notifying the Operator in writing, by sending an e-mail to the contact address listed on the Operator's website orby calling the telephone numbers listed therein. In any case, the Participantmust send a photograph of the documentation proving his identity. Within 7 days of receipt of the communication, the Operatorshall proceed to cancel the gaming account, which shall be notified when it becomes effective. After the request for cancellation of the gaming account, the Participant shall remain responsible for all activity registered in said account until the effective closure of the same.10.4Exceptwhere expressly provided otherwise, upon termination or cancellation of the Contract, the balance in aParticipant's gaming account shall be refunded within the legally established time limits, without prejudice to the Operator's right to deduct any amount owed by theParticipant.In the cases of termination and resolution of this Contract, the bets pending to be resolved on the date of termination or resolution will remain open until the date on which the results of the event on which their predictions fall are known, being granted the corresponding prizes to be subsequently transferred to the Participant.From the date of termination or resolution of this Contract, the Participantwill cease to use the Software and the Games and will not be able to participate in any of the games offered by the Operator ormake any deposit. In addition, upon termination or termination of the Agreement, all promotional or other balances credited to or linked to the gaming account shallbe cancelled.10.5Upon termination of this Agreement, except as otherwise provided in connection with any rights or obligations that arose prior thereto, neither party shall be in any way obligated in the future to the other in connection with any obligations under this Agreement.10.6 In theevent of termination of the Contractas a consequence of its breach by the Participant(or of the breach of the rules of the Games), the Participantshall indemnify the Operatorfor any damages caused as a consequence of the breach or damages resulting from such breach.10.7 Upon terminationor termination of the Contract, the Operatorshall keep blocked for the period of time established by the regulations in force at any time the data of the user records, including the time of closure of each one and the reason for it.

1. 11. Self-exclusion and self-prohibition.

11.1TheParticipantmayrequest at any time to the Operatorthe self-exclusion of the game offer, which will result in the automatic suspension of the game account. This suspension shall not have any resolutory effect in relation to this Contract. The time of self-exclusion shall be decided by the Participantand shall have a maximum duration of six months (unless a longer duration is established by regulation), after which the Operator mayproceed to activate the gaming account. Once self-exclusion has been requested, the Operator shall notrespond to any request for activation of the account until the period set by the Participant has expired, nor shall it award the Participant any bonuses to which he/she is or could have been entitled had he/she not requested self-exclusion.11.2TheOperator shall provide on its website a link to the General Registry of Gambling Access Interdictions and the Operator (RGIAJ), under the General Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling, which allows the Participant direct access to this registry in order to formalize his registration therein. The Participant may at any time register in the RGIAJ and, without prejudice to the termination power referred to in Clause 10.1.e), suspend access to his user registration, without this suspension having any termination effect in relation to this Contract.11.3Ifat the time of the request for self-exclusion or registration in the RGIAJ, the gaming account shows an active balance or pending bets, at the conclusion of the events pending resolution, any corresponding winnings shall be credited, and the funds shall remain at the disposal of the Participant.

1. 12. Bonuses, offers and other promotional activities

12.1Thebonuses, offers and any other promotional activities constitute a liberality granted by the Operator to the Participant, which shall be governed by this Contract, by the general terms and conditions of the bonuses, offers and promotional activities and by the particular terms and conditions established for each of them and which shall be available to the Participantson the website of the Operator, as well as by the principles of contractual good faith..2TheOperator mayoffer to the Participants bonuses, offers and promotional activities of any kind and, where appropriate, may cancel or modify them freely, at any time and without prior notice, in general or in particular, if it understands that they are being misused or in order to correct typographical errors, to improve the clarity of their conditions, to facilitate the Participant's understanding of them or to improve the user's experience.12.3Unless expressly provided otherwise, the assignment of bonuses, offers and promotional activities is not of a general nature and will only be assigned to thoseParticipantsthat the Operatorin each case determines. TheParticipantto whom a promotion is assigned must comply with all the requirements established in this respect by the regulations governing gaming activities.TheOperator shall freely assignthe bonuses, offers and promotional activities and, where appropriate, may limit, at its sole discretion and on a general or particular basis, the participation of certain users in its promotions.The fact that a Participantcomplies with the eligibility conditions for a specific promotion does not automatically imply the assignment of the same, but rather it must be the Participantwho expressly accepts it or, if applicable, requests it. Likewise, eligibility for a given promotion does not presuppose eligibility for future promotions. In order to determine the Participant's eligibility, the Operatormay require additional documentation. Failure by the Participantto comply with the requirement may result in the exclusion of the account from any promotion.12.4TheOperator maymodify the Terms and Conditions of its offers at any time, and it is the Participant's responsibility to periodically reviewthe changes and updates.12.5TheOperatorshall notbe responsible for untrue or outdated information that may be found on websites or other informational or promotional media of third parties in which mention is made of theOperatoror its trademarks or trade names.12.6Thebonuses, offers and promotional activities may be cancelled for legal or regulatory reasons.12.7Theterms and conditions governing bonuses, offers and promotional activities are exhausted with each bonus, offer or promotion, and the Participantis responsible for knowing the specific conditions governing the bonus, offer or promotion of which he/she is the beneficiary. Likewise, the Operatormay withdraw the promotions and the winnings derived from them in the event that a Participantmakes use of several incompatible promotions at the same time.12.14Fraudulent participation or failure to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the bonuses, offers and promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus, offer or promotion assigned, as well as the winnings generated through the use of the same. The Operatormay withdraw the availability of the bonus, offer or promotion to any Participantor group of participants if there are indications of fraudulent participation, contrary to the terms and conditions of application or contractual good faith.12.15 The Operatormayreview the transactions and records associated with the use of the bonus, offer or promotion at any time, even after the settlement of the same. If after such review the existence of abusive participation to the detriment of the Operatoror third party participants is detected, the Operator maycancel the voucher, offer or promotion for the Participants involved and compensate the damage caused, including in favor of the third party who has been harmed.12.16 The Participantis notobliged to use the voucher, offer or promotion that has been assigned to him, and may proceed to its cancellation from his personal area.

1. 13. Inactive user registrations.

13.1User registrationswill beconsidered inactive when at least one deposit has not been registered during a year and the Participanthas carried out any gaming activity on the Operator's website.13.2 The Operator willcancelinactive user registrations when the associated gaming Accounts lack funds.13.3The Operator will chargea commission of five Euros per month for the maintenance of the gaming Accounts that have funds associated with inactive user registrations.The fee shall be charged on the first day of each calendar month. Once the funds in the Gaming Account have been exhausted, the maintenance fee shall cease to be charged and the user record to which the Gaming Account was associated shall be cancelled and the Gaming Account shall be closed.13.4 Themaintenance fee shall cease to be charged as from the month following the month in which the Participanthas made a deposit and participated in any gaming activity offered by the Operator.

1. 14. Claim period. Forfeiture of prizes

14.1TheParticipantmaysubmit claims to the Operatorduring the three months following the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. After the aforementioned period of three months, the claims shall not be admitted.14.2Theprizes of the games expire after three months from the date on which they should have been settled or credited to the Participant's game account.The expiration period shall only be interrupted by a claim addressed to the Operatoror, if applicable, by the filing of legal actions prior to the expiration of the prizes. In the event that the forfeiture period has been interrupted by the lodging of a complaint with the Operator, it shall be resumed after an express reply from theOperator or, if applicable, one month after the lodging of the complaint.14.3 TheOperatorshallnotadmit any complaints relating to forfeited prizes.

15.1Forthe management of incidents, doubts and claims, the Operatormakes available to the Participantin the Contactsection of its website the corresponding e-mail and postal addresses, in addition to the telephone number 900 103 164.15.2TheOperatormay contact the Participantby any of the means of contact provided by the Participant in its registration.

The Operator does notoffer ancillary services to the Participant.

Data processing will be carried out in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, which can be consulted atwww.solcasino.es/ayuda/politica-de-privacidad.

1. 18. Legislation and Competent Courts

The Contractis governed by Spanish law and shall be interpreted in accordance with the same. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution, fulfillment or non-fulfillment and effects of the Contract, the procedural rules shall be applicable in each case.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE LOS BONOS, OFERTAS Y OTRAS ACTIVIDADES PROMOCIONALES DE SOLCASINO

1. 2. Las bonificaciones, ofertas y actividades promocionales estarán sujetas a lo establecido en el Contrato de Juego, en los términos y condiciones generales de las bonificaciones, ofertas y actividades promocionales, así como en los términos y condiciones específicos establecidos para cada una de ellas. 3. Al utilizar un bono, freespin, freebet o cualquier promoción en general, el cliente declara conocer y aceptar expresamente los Términos y Condiciones de las promociones, así como los Términos y Condiciones de uso de solcasino.es

4. Cada bonificación, oferta o promoción tiene sus propios términos y condiciones que se aplican exclusivamente a esa promoción en particular. Por lo tanto, es responsabilidad del Participante conocer y comprender estas condiciones específicas antes de beneficiarse de la promoción.

5. El importe correspondiente a la bonificación, oferta o promoción será depositado directamente en la cuenta de juego del Participante una vez que este haya aceptado y validado la promoción según los requisitos establecidos. Al utilizar este importe, se presume que el Participante conoce y acepta expresamente los términos y condiciones de la promoción. En caso contrario, el Participante deberá abstenerse de utilizarlo o cancelar la bonificación, oferta o promoción desde su cuenta.

6. Los premios ganados mediante apuestas realizadas con saldo promocional o tiradas gratuitas (proveniente de bonificaciones, ofertas y cualquier otra actividad promocional) o que se originen a partir de participaciones ganadas con este tipo de saldo serán otorgados siempre en forma de saldo promocional y no podrán ser convertidos en saldo real hasta que se cumplan los requisitos específicos de conversión de la promoción.

7. El Operador se reserva el derecho de denegar, retener o retirar cualquier bonificación, oferta o promoción, así como las eventuales ganancias obtenidas con ellas, a los Participantes que actúen de manera abusiva, con mala fe o que incumplan los términos y condiciones de las mismas.

8. Las bonificaciones, ofertas y promociones, así como las ganancias obtenidas con ellas, deberán utilizarse dentro del período de vigencia establecido en los términos y condiciones particulares correspondientes. Si al finalizar dicho período no se han cumplido las condiciones específicas de la promoción, el Operador procederá a cancelarla, así como las ganancias generadas.

9. Las bonificaciones, ofertas o promociones están limitadas a una por persona (nombre y/o NIE/NIF), familia, dirección postal, dirección de correo electrónico, teléfono, número de cuenta del método de pago utilizado para realizar el depósito (tarjeta de crédito o débito, número de cuenta bancaria u otros) y dirección IP (o cualquier circunstancia en la que un ordenador sea susceptible de ser compartido, incluso si hay más de un Participante utilizando el mismo equipo). Si se detecta que un bono ha sido asignado a usuarios relacionados por parentesco, que comparten información como nombre, teléfono, dirección postal o de correo electrónico, dirección IP, equipo informático o medio de pago con otro usuario al que previamente se le haya asignado un bono, estos bonos, promociones y ofertas, así como las ganancias obtenidas mediante su uso, serán anulados. El Operador puede verificar la identidad del Participante por cualquier medio legal disponible.

10. La participación fraudulenta o el incumplimiento de los términos y condiciones aplicables a los bonos, ofertas y promociones resultará en la cancelación del bono, oferta o promoción asignada, así como de las eventuales ganancias obtenidas. El Operador puede retirar la disponibilidad del bono, oferta o promoción a cualquier Participante o grupo de Participantes si existen indicios de participación fraudulenta o contravención de los términos y condiciones aplicables.

11. El Operador se reserva el derecho de revisar las transacciones y registros asociados al uso del bono, oferta o promoción en cualquier momento, incluso después de su liquidación. Si se detecta participación abusiva o contraria a los términos y condiciones en perjuicio del Operador o de otros participantes, el Operador puede cancelar el bono, oferta o promoción para los Participantes involucrados y buscar resarcimiento por cualquier perjuicio causado, incluso en favor de terceros perjudicados.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE LOS BONOS

Limitación de uso de saldo real tras la asignación de un bono.

• El saldo real por cuyo depósito haya sido asignado un bono deberá ser empleado exclusivamente en la misma categoría de juego para la que fue solicitada el bono. Si estos fondos se emplean en una diferente, el bono será cancelado, y en su caso, se anularán tanto las participaciones realizadas con él como cualquier premio obtenido a partir de dichas participaciones. 

Para estos efectos, los juegos disponibles se clasifican en tres categorías:

• Apuestas: incluye apuestas deportivas y esports.

• Casino: comprende juegos como la ruleta y el blackjack.

• Slots: abarca máquinas de azar y video-bingos.

Por ejemplo, si un usuario canjea un bono de casino tras realizar un depósito con saldo real, dicho saldo deberá utilizarse en juegos de casino. En caso de que se emplee en slots o apuestas, el bono será cancelado y se invalidará tanto las jugadas realizadas con él como los premios obtenidos.

• El “Rollover” constituye el número de veces que deberá apostarse el importe del bono con el fin de convertir el saldo derivado del mismo en dinero real susceptible de retirada. A estos efectos, las apuestas realizadas con saldo en dinero real minorarán el requisito de rollover aplicable al saldo de bono.

El Participante deberá emplear en primer lugar el saldo correspondiente al dinero real depositado, así como las ganancias obtenidas con dicho saldo, y únicamente una vez agotado este podrá hacer uso del saldo procedente de la bonificación.

Con carácter general, el requisito de rollover será de cincuenta (50) veces el importe del bono para los juegos de casino y máquinas recreativas (slots), y de diez (10) veces el importe del bono para las apuestas deportivas, sin perjuicio de que puedan establecerse requisitos distintos en las condiciones particulares de cada promoción.

Asimismo, con carácter general, el importe máximo susceptible de conversión a dinero real será equivalente a una (1) vez el importe del bono concedido, salvo que en las condiciones específicas de la promoción se disponga otro límite distinto.

Con carácter general, el bono tendrá un período de vencimiento de siete (7) días naturales a contar desde su acreditación.

No obstante, dicho plazo podrá ser modificado, ampliado o reducido en las condiciones particulares de cada promoción, las cuales prevalecerán en caso de discrepancia sobre lo dispuesto en las presentes condiciones generales.

Transcurrido el plazo aplicable sin haberse cumplido los requisitos exigidos, el bono y, en su caso, las ganancias asociadas al mismo podrán ser anulados conforme a lo previsto en las presentes condiciones y/o en las condiciones específicas de la promoción correspondiente.

CUÁNTO APORTA CADA JUEGO AL ROLLOVER

APUESTAS NO COMPUTABLES A EFECTOS DE ROLLOVER

Las siguientes apuestas no serán tenidas en cuenta para el cálculo del Número Mínimo de Apuestas (Rollover). La realización de dichas apuestas podrá dar lugar a la cancelación del bono y de las ganancias generadas por el mismo.

• El Participante tiene la opción de retirar su depósito y las ganancias generadas por él, aunque esto conlleva la cancelación del bono, oferta o promoción obtenidos si no se han cumplido sus condiciones correspondientes. En tal caso, el Operador procederá a anular el resto del bono, oferta o promoción que aún esté disponible para el Participante después de la retirada, así como las ganancias asociadas.

• Si un usuario dispone de múltiples saldos de bono y realiza una apuesta utilizando saldo en efectivo o una combinación de saldo en efectivo y sólo un bono a la vez, las apuestas sólo contribuirán a un único bono, siguiendo el orden en que fueron acreditados.

En caso de que un usuario realice una apuesta utilizando saldo de múltiples bonos simultáneamente, el primer bono recibido se utilizará primero para el tipo de bono correspondiente que acepte el juego en cuestión.

• Cuando un usuario disponga de varias promociones pendientes de activación, la activación de las mismas deberá realizarse respetando el orden cronológico de asignación. En consecuencia, no se permitirá la activación de promociones posteriores mientras existan promociones anteriores pendientes de activación.

• Para calcular los bonos de cashback basados en pérdidas netas, se utilizará la siguiente fórmula:

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE FREEBET (APUESTA GRATUITA)

Una “Freebet” o apuesta gratuita es una apuesta promocional que podrá ser utilizada exclusivamente en la sección de apuestas deportivas.

En aquellos supuestos en los que la Freebet requiera un código de activación, esta deberá ser canjeada mediante la introducción del citado código en la sección “Cupón”, dentro del apartado “Mis Promociones” del perfil del usuario.

En caso de que el usuario disponga de varias Freebets, estas serán utilizadas por orden de asignación, comenzando por la más antigua hasta la más reciente. Con carácter general, las Freebets tendrán un período de validez de siete (7) días naturales, salvo disposición en contrario en las condiciones particulares de la promoción.

Para hacer uso de una Freebet, el usuario deberá activar expresamente la opción “Usar apuesta gratuita” en el boleto de apuestas deportivas, la cual únicamente estará disponible cuando existan Freebets activas en la cuenta del usuario. En caso de no activarse dicha opción, la apuesta se realizará con el saldo disponible, ya sea saldo real o saldo de bono.

Las ganancias derivadas del uso de una Freebet se acreditarán como saldo real. El importe del premio se calculará deduciendo el valor de la Freebet del total de las ganancias brutas obtenidas en la apuesta.

Cada Freebet deberá utilizarse en una única apuesta, no siendo posible su fraccionamiento ni la combinación de varias Freebets en una misma apuesta. Una vez consumida una Freebet, la siguiente Freebet disponible se aplicará automáticamente a la siguiente apuesta, siempre que la opción “Usar apuesta gratuita” permanezca activada.

Las Freebets podrán emplearse tanto en apuestas simples como combinadas, siempre que se respete una cuota mínima de uno coma noventa (1,90) y máxima de diez (10), salvo que se establezcan condiciones distintas en la promoción correspondiente.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE TIRADAS GRATIS (FREE SPINS)

Las ganancias obtenidas a través de las tiradas gratuitas serán acreditadas en forma de bono de casino, quedando sujetas a un requisito de rollover equivalente a cincuenta (50) veces el importe del bono concedido.

Con carácter general, las tiradas gratuitas tendrán un período de validez de tres (3) días naturales desde su acreditación, salvo que en los términos y condiciones específicos de la promoción se establezca un plazo distinto.

Asimismo, con carácter general, las ganancias máximas derivadas del bono obtenido mediante las tiradas gratuitas están limitadas a un importe de diez euros (10 €), sin perjuicio de que puedan establecerse límites diferentes en las condiciones particulares de cada promoción.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE FICHAS DORADAS (GOLDEN CHIPS)

Las “Fichas Doradas” constituyen un saldo promocional que podrá ser utilizado exclusivamente en las ruletas en vivo provistas por Playtech, no siendo válidas para ningún otro juego o modalidad.

Las ganancias obtenidas mediante el uso de Fichas Doradas serán acreditadas en forma de bono de casino, quedando sujetas a un requisito de rollover equivalente a cincuenta (50) veces el importe del bono concedido, salvo que en las condiciones específicas de la promoción se establezca otro distinto.

Las Fichas Doradas deberán utilizarse en su totalidad conforme a las condiciones de la promoción, no siendo posible su retirada, transferencia ni conversión directa en dinero real sin haber sido previamente apostadas.

Con carácter general, las Fichas Doradas tendrán un período de validez de siete (7) días naturales desde su acreditación, perdiendo su validez una vez transcurrido dicho plazo.

BOOSTS

Los “Boosts” constituyen una mecánica promocional que proporciona ventajas adicionales en determinados juegos, tales como incrementos en premios, multiplicadores u otras mejoras específicas, según lo establecido en cada promoción.

La participación en los Boosts requerirá la activación previa por parte del usuario (opt-in), conforme al procedimiento indicado en la promoción correspondiente. En ausencia de dicha activación, el Boost no resultará aplicable.

El Boost será aplicable exclusivamente a los juegos expresamente indicados en la promoción correspondiente, no siendo válido para otros juegos o modalidades no incluidas.

Las condiciones concretas del Boost, incluyendo su duración, alcance, tipo de mejora aplicada y, en su caso, límites de ganancias, serán las definidas en los términos específicos de cada promoción.

En caso de que el Boost genere ganancias, estas podrán ser acreditadas como saldo real o saldo de bono, según se establezca en las condiciones particulares de la promoción, pudiendo quedar sujetas a requisitos de rollover u otras condiciones adicionales.

El Boost tendrá una vigencia limitada, que será la indicada en cada promoción, perdiendo su validez una vez transcurrido dicho plazo o una vez cumplidas las condiciones de uso previstas.

Los Boosts no podrán combinarse con otras promociones, bonos o tipos de saldo, salvo que se disponga expresamente lo contrario en las condiciones específicas de la promoción.

Asimismo, el uso indebido del Boost, incluyendo prácticas abusivas o contrarias al espíritu de la promoción, podrá dar lugar a la anulación de las ganancias obtenidas y, en su caso, a la retirada de las mismas.

CUPÓN

El “Cupón” consiste en un derecho promocional que permite al usuario obtener una cantidad en saldo de dinero real (efectivo), previa activación o canje del mismo conforme al procedimiento establecido en la promoción correspondiente.

El importe del Cupón no será acreditado automáticamente, sino que requerirá su canje expreso por parte del usuario. Una vez realizado dicho canje, el importe correspondiente será abonado en la cuenta del usuario como saldo real.

No obstante, dicho saldo no será retirable hasta que el usuario haya cumplido con la obligación de realizar apuestas por un importe mínimo equivalente a una (1) vez el valor del Cupón concedido.

A estos efectos, únicamente se considerarán válidas las apuestas que hayan sido efectivamente resueltas, quedando excluidas aquellas que resulten canceladas, anuladas o reembolsadas.

Transcurrido dicho plazo sin haber sido canjeado o utilizado, el Cupón perderá su validez.

Asimismo, el uso indebido del Cupón o el incumplimiento de las obligaciones legales aplicables podrá dar lugar a la anulación del saldo y, en su caso, de las ganancias asociadas.

JACKPOTS

Los “Jackpots” son premios progresivos disponibles en determinados slots.

Para participar, el usuario deberá realizar apuestas con dinero real de 0,20 € o superiores. Solo se tendrán en cuenta las tiradas que cumplan estas condiciones y que se realicen en slots válidos, conforme a lo establecido en los Términos y Condiciones Generales. Quedan excluidas aquellas slots o juegos que no sean elegibles según dichos términos.

Los jackpots están integrados directamente en los juegos y no requieren activación previa.

El operador dispone de cuatro tipos de jackpots, que se activan de forma aproximada según las siguientes frecuencias:

La activación de los jackpots se produce de forma aleatoria entre las tiradas válidas.

El jackpot será adjudicado al usuario que lo active correctamente, de acuerdo con los registros del sistema.

Las ganancias se abonarán en la cuenta del usuario como saldo real, una vez verificadas las condiciones de la cuenta.

El operador se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar los jackpots por motivos justificados. El uso indebido, fraudulento o abusivo del sistema podrá dar lugar a la anulación del premio y a la adopción de medidas sobre la cuenta del usuario.
